- The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of TQM on Corporate Performance in Tempe Sanan Malang Industry. The basic method used is quantitative. The data source used is the primary data source.This study used the total population as a sample then this research using saturated sampling technique. The population in this study is all owners of tempe sanan industry in Malang, amounting to 45 industries. This study used the total population as a sample then this research using saturated sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to each owner of Tempe Sanan Industry Malang. To know the influence of Total Quality Management to Company Performance hence used simple regression analysis to know the direction of relation of independent variable and dependent variable whether positive or negative. The result of this research proves that Total Quality Management (TQM) has an effect on to Company Performance in Sanan Industry Malang. The effect shown is positive and significant. Improved TQM implementation is directly proportional to improving Corporate Performance. Thus, TQM's contribution to the Company's Performance is high, as it reaches 54.8%.
