  • This study aims to determine the analysis of accounting information system revenue room service Pelangi Hotel Malang. Data processing uses the qualitative descriptive technique with the primary data source and secondary data. Primary data obtained by direct interview to HRD Pelangi Hotel Malang, while secondary data obtained through documents and archives Hotel Pelangi Malang. The results of the study said that the accounting information system applied to Pelangi Hotel Malang has not been effective, due to some lack of items on supporting documents and lack of control, especially in the front office. All the registration activities at Pelangi Hotel Malang based computer and supported by qualified human resources. Processing of data from the input, process, and output is less effective due to lack of supporting documents and room service revenue process.
