- Cassava is one of the abundant produce in Indonesia. One of cassava based food product that can be developed is MOCAF flour processing (Modified Cassava Flour). Mocaf is a flour product of cassava that is processed using the principle of modifying cassava cells by fermentation. Mocaf can be used to make a pastry or wet cake. The development of mocaf flour business is quite good seen from the market prospect and availability of cassava as raw material is quite abundant. But there are still many people who do not know the business of mocaf flour. So it takes a medium of learning as well as promotion so that people can know how to develop a business of mocaf flour from cassava. One of the learning media is through the game. A game can provide learning facilities that are attractively packed so that people get entertainment as well as science. Business simulation games (tycoons) are one of the genres of games that can be a learning tool in the business world that can provide a real picture of the processes that occur in a business.
