- The Research title is factors to influancing price earning ratio of banking companies listed in indonesian stock exchanges. Research purpose is explaining and description about influance Loan to asset ratio, return on asset, return on equity and net profit margin toward price earning ratio. Beside, for knowing how much influance Loan to asset ratio, return on asset, return on equity and net profit margin toward price earning ratio of banking companies listed in indonesian stock exchanges. At this research, writer using banking companies for sumple. Total sumple companies used is 12 banking companies. Analysis technics data in this research is using SPSS 11 for windows. Result analysis with multiple regresion test and hypotesis test is for F test get result is 1,813 with value significantly 0,151, that mean loan to asset ratio, return on asset, return on equity and net profit margin have influance that not significan toward price earning ratio. Based on result t test get result loan to asset is -1.168 with value sinifican 0,252, t test for return on asset is 0,617 with value significan 0,542, t test for return on equity is -1,638 with value significan 0,112, t test for net profit margin is -0,323 with value significan 0,749. Based on simulytaneous test and parsial test get resutl that loan to asset, return on asset, return on equity, and net profit margin have influance not significan toward price earning ratio of banking companies listed in indonesian stock exchanges
