- Narcotics is one of the case that often occur to the adolescent and that's really worried, where the adolescent that should be the next generation can be one of the victim of the narcotics easier. Beside they can be the victim the worst thing is they also can become one of the drug dealer. The fact showed that every years the case of the narcotics increased and it happen in Malang from 2015 until 2017 it revealed by Polres Malang City. This research is focus on how is the operandi modus of criminal act of the narcotics in adolescent, what are the factors that cause the crimimal act of the narcotics and how are the effort of the police to prevent the criminal act of the narcotics in adolescent. This research use Yuridis Sosiologis approach, the location of te research is in Polres Malang City. Kind of the data that used is primary data that obtained directly from the environment and secondary data that obtained from the legislation, the primary data collecting technique obtained from the interview and the secondary data collecting technique obtained from the literature and legislation study. The result of the research analyzed use descriptive qualitative technique. Based on the result of the research the modus that used in the narcotics can be circulated through the small tissue system that circulated surreptitiously, mine, courier and chain messaging system there are some factors that cause the narcotics they are environment, economic and social. And the preventing effort that done by the police are repressive and preventive that followed by promotif and curative as the last effort.
