- The purpose of this research to know that the environmental influences on the performance of work and job satisfaction by an employee at Ultras Malang experiencing a reduction in earnings with begins many complaints from consumers. A method of this research using analysis linear regression multiple variable free selected researchers is the environment physical and non-physical and satisfaction work while variable their lack of roots is employee performance. Population research all the employees Ultras Malang 38 people.The sample as many as 33 people in production line. The data using quisioner well adapted validity by giving directly to respondents. From the test linear regression multiple obtained significant 0.015 ≥ 0,005 for variables work environment and 0,003 ≤ 0,005 for variables satisfaction work. Test results t on get t count 2,567 ≤ t table 2,750 represeand variabel X_1 dan t count 3,252 ≥ t table 2,750 untuk X_2.Of the research partial the environment variable work does not had a significant effect on of employee performance ultras miserable and to be pitied , while for the program variables reaches as high as best work inside the satisfaction had a positive impact significant .That 3 indicators of job satisfication that isi wage, supporting working condition hope of career can improve the employee performance.
