- This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on employees’ performance with work discipline as a moderating variable at UD. Shandy Surya Wijaya Mojokerto. The data of this study were in the form of primary and secondary data. This study used survey method. The population was all permanent employees in production unit amounted to 40 employees. The samples used were Total Sampling, in which the whole population was used as subject. The data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The test instruments were validity and reliability tests. Analytical techniques used were Range of Scale, Simple Regression Analysis, Multiple and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of scale range analysis, it showed that employees’ performance was categorized as high, leadership style was categorized as high, and work discipline was categorized as high. The results of Simple Linear Regression analysis showed that leadership style had a significant effect on employees’ performance. The result of Multiple Linear Regression analysis showed that leadership style and work discipline had significant effect on employees’ performance. The result of MRA analysis showed that work discipline moderated the influence of leadership style on employees’ performance at UD. Shandy Surya Wijaya Mojokerto.
