  • This study aims to explain and analyse the impact of trust and security on online purchasing decision. The population of this study was all students in Malang Raya who have made online purchasing at least once a year. The sample was 120 respondents selected by using Accidental Sampling Technique. The data collection technique was questionnaires. This study, moreover, also used Multiple Linear Regression analysis to discover the impact of trust and security on online purchasing decision. The result of t-test showed that trust and security partially significantly influenced online purchasing decision. This was confirmed by the coefficient of determination which reached 32%. This means that these two variables could explain online purchasing decision by 32% while the remaining is explained by other variables not included in this study.
