- This study aims to know the service marketing mix in Sengkaling Recreation Park. The population of this study was all visitors of Recreation Park Sengkaling. The numbers of samples were 100 respondents with non-probability with accidental sampling as the sampling method. The data analysis techniques used in this studywere Range of Scale and Multiple Linear Regression.The findings showed that service marketing mix simultaneously had a significant effect on visiting decision of Sengkaling Recreational Park’s visitors while marketing service mix consisting of product, location, promotion, employee, and physical evidence, had partial significant effect on visiting decision. Meanwhile, the variables of price and process had no significant effect on visiting decisionto Sengkaling Recreation Park. The variable of employee had the most dominant influence on visiting decision to Sengkaling Recreation Park.
