  • This study aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila and civic education and analyze the supporting factors, inhibiting factors in realizing students' legal awareness. As well as the solutions to overcome obstacles encountered in the implementation of learning Pancasila and civic education in realizing legal awareness of students in SMA Islam Batu. This study was inspired by the large of violation of schools rules and dicipline in SMA Islam Batu precicly in XI grade for 193 cases in 2016 and 170 cases in 2017. This study was conducted on October 23th till November 7th 2017 in SMA Islam Batu grade XI during school year 2017/2018. This study employed qualitative method with phenomenology approach. Collecting sample employed purposive sampling technique. Observation, interview and documentation are employed to collect the data. The instrument of this study is the writer himself. The interaction analysis model is used to analyze the data. The results of this study are; the implementation of learning Pancasila and civic education could realize the student’s rules and discipline awareness of students in SMA Islam Batu. However, the outcome of the student implementation process is lacking. Due to lack of the rule and discipline awareness of students SMA Islam Batu and there are students who violate school rules, providing a guidance, counseling and coaching on students could be supporting factors that make realize the student’s rules and discipline awareness. While, less student behavior towards rule and discipline awareness become a inhabiting factor in realizing the student’s rules and discipline awareness. Solutions that can be given to overcome these problems are by providing a guidance and giving a couching and counseling to students and punishment the students who violate the rule and discipline.
