- PT. Gunungmas Andhikarya Malang is a company engaged in the manufacture of tailgate. In its production activities, found various types of raw materials needed to make the product. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the planning needs of raw materials truck at PT. Gunungmas Andhikarya. Data analysis technique used is Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method with calculation step that is netting, lotting, offsetting and explosion with lot size determination using lot for lot technique that determine amount of inventory as needed and minimize cost as much as possible. The results of this study are used as input material and the company can determine the policy of determining the raw materials appropriately. The products studied are tailgate with demand in September 2017 for 16 units. From the calculation process using MRP steps it is known that 16 trucking products will be in period 13 and period 14.
