  • This study aims to compare the scheduling of companies and scheduling by using Critical Path Method (CPM). Calculation of the activity time showed that the executing duration was 177 days while by using Critical Path Method (CPM), the needed time was 123 days. By using CPM method, the time could be accelerated by 54 days. Cost was also calculated in this study, in the form of operational costs. After performing the calculations, the comparisons were derived from the operational costs on the second item. Items that used CPM methods and items that did not use CPM method generated the same amount of price and the amount of labor required.
