- This research aims to describe: (1) Implementation of contextual approach with resitasi method on mathematics teaching, and (2) the level of creativity of the students in solving the problem. The type of this research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The object of this research is to implement Contextual approach with resitasi method to know the creativity of the students in the troubleshooting on mathematics teaching class VIII-C SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau and researcher herself. The data taken from the result of observation to know the activities of the teacher and student activities and the results of the test to know the level of creativity of the students. The results of the study showed that the implementation of contextual approach with appropriate resitasi method phase is planned in the RPP. The activity of the average teacher is 3.26, with good category and 3.04 activity the students in the category of good. From the results of the tests the level of creativity of the students in the troubleshooting issues including in the category of good with details fluency 70.83, flexibility 64.88, and novelty 77.35.
