  • Sade Cultural Tourism Village is a tourism village that still maintains local wisdom or cultural Sasak tribe. The development of Sade’s cultural tourism as along with tourism potential, such as Traditional Houses, Tenun Ikat, Carving Art, Peresean Art, and Beleg Drum Art. The process of developing Sade cultural tourism village is by community-based because all tourism activities are conducted by the Sade tribe and for the budget funds in developing the potential sourced are from self-supporting funds, due to the lack of budgetary supported by the local government. In order to arrive at the result, the descriptive and quality method was used in the current research. The data collected by observation, interview and documentation to reach the result of this research. While the data analysis techniques using data reduction methods, data presentation and conclusion. In this case, the author uses the theory of Community-Based Tourism (CBT) from Drake which consists of planning, implementation, and utilization of result. The existing potential of culture includes Traditional Houses, Tenun Ikat, Carving Art, Peresean Art and Beleg Drum Art. The tribe is actively involved in the development effort being undertaken, as evidenced by the tribe’s involvement on the planning, implementation and utilization of the results. The Sade tribe also received training and guidance on tourism science provided by pokdarwis that exists on the Sade hamlet. Moreover, the government also plays a role in developing a Sade cultural tourism village that acts as a facilitator. The obstacles faced in development effort are the-low level of human resources in terms of education, limited land in developing the existing potential and the less support from the government. Community-based Cultural Tourism Village Development in Sade Hamlet are all managed and developed by the community from tourism attractions, involvement in training or improvement of tourism services and involvement in the development of Sade tourism facilities and infrastructure. In this case, the human resources should be further improved because the people of Sadesub-village are the main point of the development of cultural tourism village
