  • This research to analyzed segmenting, targeting and positioning GrabCar customers in the city of Malang. Data analysis method was used hirarrki cluster and non-hirrarki by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 21). The results showed that market segmentation transportation online GrabCar consists of 3 Cluster. Cluster 1 was undergraduate student, residing in Lowokwaru, early adult age, female, unmarried and have low-income to medium. Cluster 2 was undergraduate student, residing in Blimbing, early adult age, male and female, unmarried and have low-income. Cluster 3 was undergraduate student, residing in Lowokwaru, early adult age, female, unmarried and have low-income. The targeting used selective specialization strategy and positioning used strategy position according to the value.
