- The purpose of this study is to know the financial performance of the acquirer as measured by current ratio, quick ratio, debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover, asset turnover, net profit margin, gross profit margin, asset return, equity, earnings per share, and price earnings ratio. The type of research used in the study is comparative, with a population that is a property company in Indonesia Stock Exchange between the year 2012-2016. sampling technique using purposive sampling method, sampling samples as much as 3 property companies doing activity in the period 2014. Analyzer used in this research is Paired Sample t-test. Based on the results of paired sample t-test, financial ratio 12 current ratio, quick ratio, debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover, asset turnover, net margin, gross profit margin, asset return, return on equity, earnings per share, and price earnings ratio are not found significant difference, it shows that the company has not been able to do well.
