  • The research of the study was to describe employee performance and compensation; analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance. Type of research used for this research is survey research method. The population in this research is all employees of sales as much as 36 people. The sampling technique used in this research is census or total sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the data using a range of scales and simple linear regression. The results showed that employee performance consisting of quantity indicator of work, quality of work, and timeliness, and compensation consisting of indicators of salary, incentives, and benefits perceived high; compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
