  • This study aims to describe compensation, work motivation and employee performance, the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee performance, and which variable is stronger influence dominanterhadap employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 40 employees. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data collection techniques used were spreading questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool of this study uses multiple scales and multiple linear regression to test and prove hypothetical research. And the results of research indicate that compensation in the high category, work motivation in both categories and employee performance in high category. Together with compensation and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. Compensation is more dominant effect on employee performance.
