- The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of working environment and motivation towards labor performance ate PT Surya MilliniaAbadi. The subjects involved in this study were 55 labors of 120 total populations. The technique used in selecting the subjects was simple random sampling. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS 15.00 software. The results of the study showed that working environment and motivation significantly influenced labor performance at PT Surya Millinia Abadi.
