  • The purpose of the study describes the work environment, work discipline, employee performance, and to analyze the significant effect of work environment on employee performance, to analyze the significant effect of work work discipline on employee performance. Population in research at PT. Inkojava is all of the permanent employees of production totaling 70 people and using total sampling. Analyzer used in this research is scale scale analysis tool, multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that low performance, sufficient working environment, adequate work discipline. Hypothesis testing shows that work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance and work environment have more influence on employee performance. Advice for companies to improve the work environment such as adding ventilation, lighting, and improve discipline on employees, for corporate goals can be achieved.
