- The research aims to: (1) to know the effect of ability to employee's performance (2) to know the influence of work environment on employee's performance (3) to know the influence of ability and work environment on employee performance. Seafood. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Sampling using total sampling technique with of 92 respondents. The data analysis tool uses the analysis of scale range and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the ability included in the category enough, the work environment included in the category enough and employee performance is also included in the category enough. the result of multiple linear regression: (1) kemmpuan have positive and significant effect performance. Sea Product, (2) work environment positive and significant influence to the performance. Seeds, (3) ability and work environment positively affect to the performance. Seafood. The company suggested should be able to improve the ability and work environment.
