- Go-Jek is a transportation company which is online-oriented motorcycle taxi (ojek) service. This study was conducted to determine the significant influence of core benefit, basic product, expected product, augmented product and potential product on Go-Jek customer satisfaction in the city of Malang. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 15.00 for Windows Software. The results showed that the independent variable is a core benefit, basic product, expected product, augmented product and potential product positive influence on Go-Jek customer satisfaction. 74,2% variable core benefit, basic product, expected product, augmented product and potential product can explain the variable customer satisfaction, while 25,8% are influenced by other variables not included in this study.
