- The purpose of this study was to examine cash flow and debt on profitability at property and real estate companies during 2015-2016. The data of this study were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that cash flow did not significantly influence profitability while debt significantly influenced profitability. Adjusted R value was 0.086 which showed that independent variable covers cash flow and debt (8.6%). Meanwhile, 91.4% of result was influenced by other factors.
