- This study aims to to see how financial performance in employees cooperative karina PT.Berlina tbk pandaan kabupaten Pasuruan. The analysis was done using a minister regulation cooperatives and small medium business No.14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009 Consisting of 7 aspects that is aspects capital , the quality of the assets productive , management aspects of , aspects efficiency , the aspect of liquidity , aspects independence and growth , and facets identity cooperatives. Next instrument the analysis used is by using the method cross section and time series the second the ratio is used for viewing financial performance cooperatives, do cooperatives in situation healthy or bad. Cooperative financial performance was analyzed for 4 (four) four years from 2012 to 2015 .Based on the seven 7 (seven) cooperative performance assessment analysis by using the method cross section in 4 years having (four) predicate pretty healthy , it is obtained because secore rate and seen from the minister cooperatives in range 60 ≤ x ≤ 80 if seen by using the method time series in four ) ( 4 years said cooperatives in state of being unwell because this year from 2012 to 2015, these cooperatives dropped every year.
