- Marriage is a religious recommendation from Allah to muslim community, like Allah saying in An-Najm 45 human has made of pair. But now, we can see lot of marriage has failed and pointed to divorce. From this condition the government has a solution to minimization with formulate a new rule about course before marriage that is general rule of headmaster guidance Islamic society No.DJ.II/491/2009 about course candidate of bridegroom Juncto No. DJ.II/542/ 2013 about orientation of implementation course before marriage. From this fact writer has attracted to examine about implementation course before marriage in KUA subdistrict Singosari regency of Malang. Formulation of problems is how the implmantation of course before marriage and what is the obstacle had been around KUA subdistrict Singosari regency of Malang. This research had use of Field Research/Socio Legal Research Method. The conclusion of this research is the course before marriage in KUA subdistrict Singosari regency of Malang has work during six years and has two method there is private and by group. Realization course of marriage in KUA subdistrict Singosari regency of Malang the participant got guide book contained with on occasion of thing before and after marriage. Course before marriage in KUA subdistrict Singosari regency of Malang held just from 2010 until 2016, because is there a new rule and have changed some clauses in coordination. As long as implementation, KUA subdistrict Singosari regency of Malang have some obstacle there is, nothing budgetary fund of curse before marriage and have impact to undercommunication informant or official, and out of print guide book and certificate for participant of course.
