- This research was conducted to evaluate the aggregate production planning at Knit Wiltop House, one of the knitting producers located in Malang City. The method used is Aggregate Planning (Aggregate Planning), a medium-term production planning method between 3 to 18 months. There are 5 stages in the aggregate planning that is, determining the number of requests, capacity planning, cost calculation, alternative determination and the selection of the lowest cost alternative. From the results of research on Knit Wiltop House, it is necessary to improve the production process to meet customer demand. the best alternative solution that can be applied to the company of Knit House Wiltop is an alternative by using overtime workforce to meet customer demand with minimal cost.
