- Ratu Swalayan Dampit was a retail company located in Malang Regency. Ratu Swalayan Dampit sells daily necessities, such as food, drinks, snacks to accessories and others. This research was conducted to find out the condition of layout of Ratu Swalayan Dampit according to consumer opinion and do rearrangement of Ratu Swalayan Dampit. Scale ranges and shopping cart analysis are used as methods in this study. The result was to know the average score on the scale range shows a score of 93, the result shows that the overall average score range of the layout scale that is in the ratu swalayan shows negative results meaning that the ratu swalayan layout has not been well according to the consumer. The final result in this research was rearrangement where there were 22 layout changes from the original layout.
