- This study aims to describe the stages of web-based learning media development using weebly blog and the effectiveness of learning media. This research is a development research with DDD-E model (Decide, Design, Develop, Evaluate). This study uses test questions with equations and linear inequalities of one variable. Pretest and post test questions are used to assess the effectiveness of the media. The result of this study indicate that the development of instructional media consists of several stages, namely: (1) Decide is the stage of determining the purpose of the research (2) Design is the stage of designing the media (3) Develop is stage of improving the media (4) Evaluate is stage of evaluating the media which has been created. Student’s response show that web-based learning media can motivate students in learning mathematics. The student’s test result show that the average students score before and after using the media is significantly different.
