- Students with special need are those who have deviant development in both physical appearance, mental or intellectual which different from another students. To obtain the goal of learning process, the implementation of learning should be done appropriately. This study which was conducted at SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu was aimed to investigate: (1) the implementation of students with special need learning at SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu, (2) the supporting and obstacle factors in learning process of students with special need at SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu. Furthermore, this study used qualitative research and descriptive phenomenology approach. The data source was obtained from the principal, special tutor and students with special need. Moreover, the data collection technique used in this study was interview, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used data collection, reduction, presentation and conclusion. This study was conducted at 22 February until 6 March. This study was held during seven times of research in two phases. The first phase was interview activity and the second was data collection activity in learning process. The result of this study showed that: (1) the implementation of students with special need learning done by the tutor started from lesson planning by preparing the instrument of learning such as PPI. Hereafter, tutor implemented the learning process that they already prepared and conducted an evaluation on the learning process. (2) The supporting factors on the implementation of students with special need learning process in SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu was the parents, school stakeholder and education authorities. Hence, the obstacle factors in the implementation of students with special need learning at SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu were the lack of tutor and learning media.
