  • Competition in the field of health services today has increased dramatically, making all organizations improve the quality of their work, especially the nurses. Psychological well-being of employees is expected to improve the quality and quality of hospital services. Servant leadership is a leadership model that prioritizes service to other parties, both to employees, customers, and to the surrounding community. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of leadership style servant leadership with psychological well-being in nurses. The number of subjects was 83 samples using total sampling. Data collection using Servant leadership scale and psychological well-being. Research data analisia with product moment correlation. The result showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between servant leadership leadership style and psychological well-being of nurse (r = 386; ρ = 0,000 <0,01), which means that higher servant leadership, the higher the welfare of the nurse. Contribution of servant leadership leadership style to psychological well-being on nurse is 14,9
