- Information Technology and Information Systems have a very important role for every institution or company that use or utilize information technology for business activity, and also as supporting factor to reach a purpose from that institution or company. Information Technology at the Office of Communications and Information Malang City all activities conducted using information technology as well as Digital Information System Information that is used to send official data and official invitation data to be seen every agency related to the invitation. Therefore, since Information technology is always used the necessity of information system audit and information technology governance which is in accordance with the specific standard in Malang Digital Letter System and Information Technology Governance at the level measurement service on current maturity is done using COBIT 4.1 using Domain Plan and Organize (PO ) and Acquire and Implement (AI), the IT process will then be mapped with COBIT 4.1 Maturty Model. The results of this study are then integrated to get the maturity level of the IT process
