- Sexual behavior is mostly done by students nowadays, the background that causes of sexual behavior is intern and extern factors one of them is parents parenting, where parenting become one of basic individual for lead and making decisions. parentting is the ways of parents to interact with their children. This research have a purpose to know is there a difference premarital sexual behavior of outer students in terms of parentting. Methods of data collection in this research using a parenting scale and premarital sex behavior scale. This research has been conducted to 350 malang outer student that join at forsimaja community with incidental sampling technique. The Data Analysis used in this research is One Way Anova statistical analysis. The results showed that there are significant differences in premarital sexual behavior were (F = 6.367 and p = 0.000 <0.05) in terms of parenting. Moreover, it can be seen from the average value of the authoritarian parenting 29.16, democratic parenting 29.71, neglect parenting 35.42 and permissive parenting 30.43 this shows that neglect parenting high risk of premarital sexual behavior and the authoritarian parenting tend to have a low risk of premarital sexual behavior in outer students or student who go abroad
