- This research few case study at PT. Tlogomas Abadijaya Engineering Plastic Industry Malang period 2005-2006 with title Audit Of Management Of Function Sale To Assess Efektifitas And Efficiency. Target this research is to know level of efektifitas and sale function efficiency at PT. Tlogomas Abadijaya Engineering Plastic Industry Malang. In this research of technique analyze data which is writer use to cover steps make an audit of management for example phase preparation of antecedent, phase research of field, inspection program phase, phase research of inspection, and reporting phase and follow-up with analysis of efektifitas and efficiency. Pursuant to analysis result which is writer can be concluded that company not yet can be told effective in the year 2005 so also with year 2006 although experience of increase but still less than 100%. While at efficiency analysis, company have been told efficient because sale efficiency level show data in the year 2005 and 2006 experiencing of the make-up of from 6% becoming 4 %. The level efficient told Efficient if have reached target with sacrifice of expense which is minimum to be obtained wanted result. Pursuant to above conclusion hence writer can give suggestion that company require to pay attention motivation work job environment and employees which is contusive, making compilation of budget of each area, require to add promotion type and maintain the quality of product to be reached efektifitas and efficiency at sale function.
