  • Sumber Maron is one of natural tourism places which is located in Dusun Adiluwih, Desa Karangsuko, Kecamatan Pagelaran, Kabupaten Malang. Sayid Muhammad, as the chief of Badan Pengelola Sarana Air Bersih dan Sanitasi Air (BPSABS) Sumber Maron is the first pioneer management of Sumber Maron. Water management and the project of Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro (PLTMH) in Sumber Maron produced Sumber Maron as the tourism place. Moreover, among BPSABS, Karangsuko goverment and the society have an ambition to make Sumber Maron management to be their own. From the scramble as mentioned before, it resulted a conflict, but conflict produced any kind of tourism management conflict resolutions. This research is conducted to answer the management conflict resolution of Taman Wisata Edukatif Sumber Maron in Dusun Adiluwih, Desa Karangsuko, Kecamatan Pagelaran, Kabupaten Malang. The researcher conducted resolution conflict theory by Johan Galtung to analyze that resolution conflict. Descriptive qualitative was applied by researcher. Observation, in depth of interview, research literature, and extracting documentation were applied as instruments. Researcher informant is an actor, the conflict witness, third person, and mediator conflict. The outcome of the result shows management conflict resolution of Sumber Maron is a discussion among BPSABS and the Karangsuko society, the lobbying strategy was done by the chief of BPSABS and the Karasngsuko headman, village deliberations, and also the Utilization of Karangsuko Village Owned Enterprise. The obstacles of management conflict resolution of Sumber Maron is double authority, it was done by one of conflict actors, and the collision of the conflict actors concerns.
