- The implementation of agreement of savings and loan in koperasi SU “Setia Budi Wanita” Malang that exist of creating a group for doing savings and loan that is called joint responsibility savings and loan. With this all, writer takes formulation of problem that about how the agreement’s implementation of savings and loan in joint responsibility with member of group and the effort of solving problem in broken promise for joint responsibilty of member of a group in Koperasi SU “Setia Budi Wanita” Malang. To answer this formulation of prolem, it will use sosiology juridical method with collecting secondary data and primary data through library studies adn interview then analised it with descriptive qualitative. The resource of primary data is got from location adn secondary data from documentationand constitution. Based on result of research of savings and loan inkoperasi create a member and coordinated by person in charged fom doing savings and loan. A debtor fill the member books to get request for submission, a member firstly must fulfill the paying of principal and obligation saving, then filling the blank of request submission’s paper that signed and agreed by 50% member of group and person in charged. After that the blank is given to koperasi to realization. If ther will be a broken promise, it will be secured by the group. The effort to solve this, it will be disscussed and take money saving of group and issued by agreement of the member.
