  • Organizational commitment become a very important thing as a foundation for an organization to achieve their goals. Achieving targets and prioritizing the organization as the key target of commitment. However, as spiritual beings, humans need to search the meaning and purpose of life. Its important for the organization to pay attention to how much the organizations on facilitating their employees to finding their spirituality in the workplace, so that the enquirement of employees fulfilled and more comfortable working with the organization. This study aims to determine the relationship between workplace spirituality with organizational commitment on PMI employees of Malang City by using a quantitative correlational research approach. Subject in this study were 91 employees from PMI of Malang City with total sampling technique. The data were collected using the scale of spirituality at the workplace and organizational commitment in the form of likert scale. Data analyszed using product moment correlation. The result of this study has a significant relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational commitment to employees (r=0,913 ; p=0,000).
