- Background: The provision of health services in the era of JKN covers all health facility in collaboration with the Social Insurance Administration (BPJS) in the form of First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) and Advanced Health Facility Referral (FKRTL). FKTP is equivalent to Puskesmas in which the doctors, dental practice, primary clinics or its equivalence are compulsory to fulfill the comprehensive health services. Purpose: This study is aimed to analyze the correlation between outpatient Complacency levels on the quality of health services in FKTP BPJS at Ibnu Sina Polyclinic of Balikpapan. Method: This study used analytical observation with cross-sectional study design. Sampling technique was done by implementing accidental sampling method in which 400 respondents were involved. The Data taken with questionnaires including quality health service and patient Satisfaction. Therefore, rank spearman test was also treated so as to analyze the data. Findings: Through Rank Spearman test, the significant number (the former) and correlation value (the latter) are discovered. The former shows 0.000 and the latter points 0.290. Thus, there is a significant correlation between quality level of health services and patient complecancy in FKTP BPJS at Ibnu Sina Polyclinic of Balikpapan. Summary: There is a significant correlation between health quality services and outpatient complacency in FKTP BPJS at Ibnu Sina Polyclinic of Balikpapan.
