- Forests play an important role in human life. The aspect of forest utilization produces three benefit groups, namely environmental, social and economic, especially the Community Forestry Farmers Group (CFFG). Community Forest Management requires TLVS Certification (Timber Legality Verification System) so that the timber origin is recognized, it is permissible to use the Legal-V logo in marketing, product packaging, wood product advertising (branding) and internal strengthening for members in forward thinking, visionary and coordinated. Data retrieval methods are observation, interview and literature study carried out on 01 May to 02 June 2018 and located in Tulungrejo Village, Donomulyo District and Sumbermanjing Kulon Village, Pagak District, Malang Regency, East Java. Based on the results of research by two CFFG are Wono Mulyo Lestari and Alam Hijau the success rate of CFFG (Community Forestry Farmers Group) who are TLVS and Not-TLVS in terms of increasing the economic income of the community is superior to Wono Mulyo Lestari CFFG with the average amount of household income Farmers (Prt) amounting to Rp 14.332.501,-/Year, Revenues from Community Forest Activities (Pa) amounting to Rp 9.805.629,-/Year, and Perkapita Revenues (Pr) amounting to Rp 9.805.629,-/Year. While the Alam Hijau CFFG which does not have TLVS the average number of Farmer Household Income (Prt) amounting to Rp 8.781.857,-/Year, Revenues from Community Forest Activities (Pa) amounting to Rp 6.877.571,-/Year, and Perkapita Revenues (Pr) totaling Rp 2.685.226,-/Year, so that the success rate in increasing the economic income of the community is superior to Wono Mulyo Lestari CFFG.
