- This research aim to describe management model of Village Own Enterprises using collaborative governance approach as social and economy capital of Village Development. There are two problem or research focus such as description collaboration prosecess among stakholdersand obstacle factors in that collaboration process. Furthermore, this research use collaborative governance concept which is including face to face dialogue, building trust, commitment, deciding understanding, and collaboration result. This research use descriptive qualitative metodh. Data resource are documents of PujonKidul Village and SumberSejahterah Village Own Enterprises, and journal or books that relevance with this research needs. The data collecting use observation, interview, and documentation method. Whereas, the research subject are Village Own Enterprise Employees, Enterprise Unit Employee, and local people.The data analysis technique use four step that consist of collecting data, reduction data, display data, and conclusion. This research show that collaboration process with using collaborative governance has been used by among stakeholders. Dialog had been held in Village Rule about Village Own Enterprises dan regularly meeting. Building trust process had been held in a cheap tariff of daily water and waste public service, but there is no legal engagement between BNI and BankingEnterprises Unit. Commitment should be done as the content of village rule and all the employee obey this rule with no body get sanction. This collaboration result are 110 local people become the employee of Village Own Enterprises and Rp 85.000.000 is earned for the village income.
