- In order to building the capacity of village government apparatus, The Hall of Malang Village Government conducted various training related to village government apparatus. The purpose of this study is to knowing Malang Village Government Hall’s action for building the capacity of village government apparatus to implementing Good Governance and also to knowing the obstacles of Malang Village Government Hall for building the capacity of village government apparatus to implementing Good Governance. The method of this research is Descriptive Qualitative. The technique of collecting data obtained through Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The subjects of this research are the Head of Malang Village Government Hall, Officials / Staff of Malang Village Government, the head of program division, and the participants who participated in training at The Hall of Malang Village Government. In this study found that the action of Malang Village Government in building the Capacity of Village Government Apparatus to implementing Good Governance through Master of Trainer training, Trainer of Trainer Training, Training Module Improvement, and Stabilization of Material through Field Study. There are also obstacles faced by the Malang Village Government's Office in order to building the Capacity of the Village Government Apparatus to implementing Good Governance, the obstacles is the lack of Human Resources (Employee) and the Optimization of Finance / Budget Costsa.
