- SMK PGRI Pandaan is a high-achieving and excellent private school in Pandaan sub-district, Pasuruan district which also has a major in electronics engineering, computer engineering, finance and office administration, schools have easy access in the middle of the city. In addition, SMK PGRI Pandaan also carried out large-scale renovations in the field of Administration, which is now carried out openly so that in all fields or units within the Pandaan Vocational School PGRI is very rapidly advancing, which certainly affects the welfare of the extended family of SMK PGRI Pandaan. In this way, both the subject teacher and the homeroom teacher must compile a table containing the students' grades in the school year. Often in the preparation of this manager some complex calculations are needed. Then a new problem arises, namely archiving that consumes a lot of paper. This is not found in traditional information systems which only have one application. It takes several applications that are integrated in one large application, this is one of the concepts of the student data management system. This system is created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. So that the process of submitting an approved proposal can be done through an information system. This Information System is expected to provide faster and more accurate information related to report card managers.
