  • Some phenomena in education field show that there are various actions from the learners or new generation lead to bad character. It can be influenced by environment, family, school, and society. This condition encourages the government to publish the policy about Reinforcement of Character Education (PPK) in 2017 which is intended to school unit. This research is aimed to understand and describe : (1) School Policy in implementing Reinforcement of Character Education (PPK) at SDN Tlogomas 2 Malang; (2) Character values found in implementing Reinforcement of Character Education (RCE) at SDN Tlogomas 2 Malang; and (3) Problems and factors barrier of school policy in implementing Reinforcement of Character Education (PPK) at SDN Tlogomas 2 Malang. Then, this research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The subject are headmaster of the school, class teacher of 2B and 5A SDN Tlogomas 2 Malang. The research is conducted during a week in the beginning of January, in 2018/2019 period. In addition, to collect the data, the researcher uses interview, observation, field note, and documentation. The result shows that SDN Tlogomas 2 Malang policy has implemented Reinforcement of Character Education (PPK) through their vision and mission, curriculum, habituation, and the order of the school. The policy contains 5 key values of PPK; religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and integrity. This policy has announced to the teachers, parents/committee, and students to support this policy in order to understand the important of implementing of PPK will create good behaviour learners or new generation.
