  • Mathematics Learning in SDLBN Kedungkandang Malang has not applied Braille multiplication learning media that can help blind students in comprehending multiplication materials and media that can support student learning result of visual impairment. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the learning media of Braille multiplication tables for optimal student learning outcomes and more effective learning. This study aims to produce a product of effective Braille multiplication tables to be applied to students with visual impairment grade IV. Research and development using the ADDIE model. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data collection instrument uses interview sheets, observation sheets, validation questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative analysis. The place of research in SDLBN Keudngkandang Malang, with the time of research conducted on learning academic year 2018/2019 that is February 2018. Development of Braille multiplication table media is done by: (1) analyze, that is to analyze competence, material, and characteristic of student, (2) design, that is designing media for student, determining competence, learning strategy, and evaluation of learning, (3) development , collecting materials or materials used to develop Braille multiplication product tables, creating a media design of Braille multiplication tables and realizing media designs into reality, then validating the three validators consisting of learning media experts, materials experts, and SDLB learning material experts, (4) implementation, which is conducting test of learning media of Braille multiplication table in 6 students of class IV, and (5) evaluation, that is evaluation, done in two forms of evaluation that is formative and sumatif. Braille multiplication media table is very effective to be applied in learning Mathematics in students with visual impairment grade IV in SDLB, because the increase of pre test and post test score mathematics reach 36,7% or all student (100%) have value increase. The result of research and development of Braille multiplication media table can be concluded that Braille multiplication table media is very effective to be applied and it is recommended to be used as a reference in developing other learning media that can support the success of learning Mathematics material multiplication.
