  • The purpose of this research is to test the influence of marketing mix and service quality to customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. A total of 100 questionnaires distributed to telkom indihome customers in Bogor city. This type of research is included in the type of causality research, ie research that wants to measure the strength of the relationship between two variables or more, also shows the relationship between independent variables and bound. The population in this study is Indihome Customer in Bogor city. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using path analysis using WarpPLS software. The result of research that there is influence of Marketing Mix and Service Quality To Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.
