HUBUNGAN SIKAP DAN POSISI KERJA TERHADAP KELUHAN LOW BACK PAIN (LBP) PADA PERAWAT IGD DI RSUD Dr. SAIFUL ANWAR

- Background: Low back pain (LBP) is a pain syndrome attacking in lower back and it is related work related musculoskeletal disorders. Job posture and positions or manual handling activities are the most contributing factors to LBP. Health workers in hospitals, especially nurses, are among workers at high risk for LBP. Objective: Analyze the correlation between job posture and position to LBP by the nurses of accident and emergency department in RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar. Method: Observational study design with cross sectional approach. Research samples were 50 nurse of accident and emergency department in RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar chosen by total sampling method and analyze with Spearman test. Result: Based on Spearman test there was significant correlation and positive correlation between job posture and position to LBP (p=0,000 r= 0,499). Conclusion: Job posture and position correlation with LBP by nurse of accident and emergency department in RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar.
