- This study aims at finding the health level of public bank of Indonesian State Owned Enterprises during the year of 2012-2015 using RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Coorperate Governance, Earning and Capital). This study is a descriptive study whose subject is Public Bank of Indonesian State Owned Enterprises listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year 2012-2015. Data was obtained through doumentation technique. Analysis technique applied is bank health analysis using a Risk approach with measurement factors as follow: Risk Profile, GCG, Earning and Capital. Result of the study showed that four Banks of Indonesian State Owned Enterprises namely BTN, BNI, Mandiri and BRI during the year 2012-2015 reviewed from aspects of Risk Profile, GCG, Earning and Capita was in a healthy condition. Among all, BRI achieved the best measurement of all aspects.
