- The establishment of legislation aims to establish a good legislation. The problem of research on the implementation of the formation of village regulations in the Village Landungsari and Gading Kulon Dau District Malang Regency based on Law No. 6 of 2014 and the constraints faced in the formation of village regulations. The objectives of this research are to study the practice of formulating village regulations in the village of Landungsari and Gading Kulon, Dau District of Malang Regency and the obstacles faced in running the village regulations. Data collection was obtained through in-depth interviews with informants, direct observation and documenting matters relating to research. The result of the research shows the implementation of regulation formulation, namely the mechanism of formation of village regulations such as planning, preparation, discussion, stipulation and enactment. Constraints faced in the formulation of legislation that has limitations especially if carrying the duties of previous leadership that accumulate so that the process of drafting village regulations are still neglected. In conclusion, village regulations adhere to legislation. Suggestion, the communication between BPD (Village Consultative Board) and Village Head.
