- The observation and interview held in the II-A Class and II-B at the SDN Ketawanggede especially the floor plan lesson revealed that thematic lesson of theme 3 sub-theme 1 and lesson 1 are not understand yet by the students. The study would have a significant discussion with “The Development Media of Maket Box on the Thematic Lesson Theme 3 and Sub-theme 1 at the Second Class in the Primary School” theme. The purpose is to developing a valid, effective, and interesting a media of maket box. There would be use an ADDIE model of development study that have five stages research: analyses, design, development, implementation and evaluation. With observation, interview, questionnaire, test and documentation technic to collect information. Then to revealed validity, effectiveness, and interesting data, this research would be used data analysis technic are quantitative and qualitative data. The main object of this study are II-A Class and II-B at the SDN Ketawanggede. The results of the study revealed that the percentage of questionnaire of the expert media validation was equal to 97% with excellent qualifications and fit for use without revision. 96% is very good and fit for use without revision to expert media validation. The result of effectiveness taken from the student activity and learning. The learning activities undertaken in II-A Class earn 93% percentage with highly effective qualifications. Meanwhile, the percentage of learning earn 88% with an effective qualification. The learning activity in II-B Class earn 93% percentage with very effective qualifications. Meanwhile, the percentage of learning earn 90% with very effective qualification. The percentage questionnaire responses of students in the II-A Class earn 89% with interesting qualify, while in II-B Class earn 89% with interesting qualify too. The research concludes that development media of maket box in the thematic lesson theme 3 and sub-theme 1 in the II class at primary school is valid, effective and interesting to use in the lesson process. The study suggested that the development of media of maket box that has been developed can be used as a medium lesson thematic learning of theme 3 sub-theme 1 class II primary school.
