- Pertalite, Pertamax and Pertamax Turbo are an example from many types of fuel revolved in Indonesia. Pertalite has 90, Pertamax has 92 and Pertamax Turbo has 98 of octane numbers. The more higher of octane number will avoid the cause of detonation and can work at higher compression ratio. Therefore, this research was conducted to find the influence between the differences of octane number against Power, Torsion and Gas Emission. This research were using a Chassis Dynamometer and Gas Analyzer to produce the data. Furthermore, this research was utilize with the differences of RPM that start from 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, and 3500 RPM. Recently, this research produce the fuel that has higher octane number can affect the value of Power, Torsion and Gas Emission.
