- The use of disposable diapers in 2-3 hours needs hundreds of year to decompose it. The increment of disposable diapers waste should be noticed with solution to utilize it, such as by using Sodium polyacrylate as its content to be substitute planting media. The reason is because this chemical substance would return to gel when it exposed to fluids. The benefit of gel is appropriate to absorb water to maintain the humidity. Besides, it can be mixed with fertilizer, for instance, mixed with compost. The phenomenon triggered the creation of diapers waste processing machine, which is designed in dimension of 1900 mm height, 1800 mm length, and 1200 mm width that furthermore is drawn in engineering application. This machine would be equipped with 1,1 kW motor power, SS 201 stainless steel tube washer, and 5,51 kg/hour cutting speed.
